Personal and Life Coaching

I provide one-to-one coaching sessions for professionals, solopreneurs, and leaders, who consciously want to achieve greater levels of personal joy and satisfaction; spiritual connection and professional success. If you are interested in improving your life direction, quality of life or just in need of some help in this area; services are negotiated on an individual basis and need, with generous concessions for people on a pension. I combine a range of life coaching skills and tools such as talking therapy, astrology, mindfulness, reframing and positive thinking.

“It’s ultimately about helping you to be inspired, to reach your full potential in life”

However, all I ask is that you come with an open mind; are open to change and be receptive to new ideas and learning. It is also helpful for me if you have a bit of a plan for what you are hoping to achieve; whether in your personal and family life or in your career or study. We all have things that we would like to change about ourselves or in our lives. Many of us are already making positive changes that count but how often do we ever look for the deeper meaning behind things or for the answer/s that will change it?

In saying this, I seem to work best with people who are contemplating change in their life, even the smallest change to begin with. We all have our biases, urges, thinking and belief systems that can hold us back. Ultimately, we all want to live lives where we are content and happy but it’s only natural that we have various life events and struggles along the way (some of us more than others). This can be anything from dealing with a range of issues such as self-esteem; health emergencies and conditions; drug addiction, relationship issues; grief and loss; post-traumatic stress and childhood or relationship trauma, physical, verbal and/or sexual abuse.

“Happiness is not something that you can seek or buy but rather what I call, “a feeling of being content, in flow with life and living in the moment”. I believe Happiness is very much connected to one’s sense of spirituality – by this, I am not talking about religion. The more you are dedicated to and living on your spiritual path, a greater sense of synchronicity starts to occur in your life. It’s not something that we can sustain or prolong but it’s just a state of being that is so indescribable and pure. Often associated with this are Micro-moments of happiness”.’Beyond the Black Stump of Eternity’
